We stayed 4 nights in a lovely wee flat, right by the canal. The braw touches like fresh fruit and a bottle of wine were pure dead brilliant! Just a heads up, the stairs are steep, but it adds to the charm. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The unique breakfast delivery service was a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy locally sourced treats in the comfort of our room every morning.
The steep, winding stairs presented a challenge, especially since there was no nightstand in the room for personal items.

The tight stairs add an interesting element to the stay, becoming something you get used to quickly. The provided fan helped mitigate the heat, which isn't usually a problem in the area.
The room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortably warm at times. Street noise and late-night revelers were persistent, impacting sleep quality. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and really could use a topper or pad, and I'd have appreciated more pillows instead of the bare minimum.
